RealPeopleStock.com represents the collective interests of a select group of professional stock and advertising photographers in the Baltimore-Washington corridor who share the common goal of finding models, actors and “real people” to cast for stock shoots and advertising campaigns. |
| All of the photographers involved in RealPeopleStock.com are full-time professionals with at least 3 years of experience specializing stock and advertising photography. All are members of a trade association such as The American Society of Media Photographers and/or the Advertising Photographers of America, both of which maintain member listings on-line that allow you to cross reference any photographer who calls you. |
| Our members have joined together to produce this web site because they have a very real need--a need to find a wide range of diverse people to model for photo shoots. Most modeling agencies will only work with people who fit a standard profile of what a model “should” look like. Our photographers are looking for all types of people--all ages, all ethnic backgrounds, all weights, all heights, all styles--from hip to professional, from infant to great-grand-parent, from experienced actor or model to someone that just thinks it would be fun to be part of a professional shoot. |
| Our members are professionals in every sense of the word. As stock and advertising photographers, it is their goal to make images that are consistent with what you see in consumer magazines, catalogs and brochures. Our members will not ask you to pose nude or semi-nude. They will give you total privacy for wardrobe changes and support your right to bring a friend along to any photo shoot. In most cases, our photographers will make whatever accommodations you need in order to feel safe and comfortable working with them. |
